To start, each leader enrolled in the program will participate in a 360* Assessment, whereby the leader and their stakeholders (peers, superiors, and subordinates) will identify key growth areas. The leader and organizational sponsoring committee will select and agree to key growth areas for the duration of the coaching agreement. Coaching sessions are then conducted throughout the month and stakeholder feedback is gathered to assess progress. This stakeholder feedback as well as coaching session feedback is provided to organizational sponsors on a monthly cadence so as to insure alignment/support of the initiative. While participants are engaged in the program, sponsoring organizations agree to support them throughout the initiative so that they can fully focus on the experience.
