WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
With this in-depth Leadership Development program, you’ll explore the many challenges facing today’s leader. While developing new insights that will enable you to better manage the daily demands of running your organization, you’ll also learn how to design a forward-looking competitive strategy and align your team to execute that strategy in order to grow your organization successfully and profitably.
YOUR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COURSE
Tip of the Spear Ventures Leadership Development course leverages “The Leadership Challenge” methodology. This methodology provides leaders with unparalleled leadership development. The course is behaviorally based and heavily metric focused. To start, each leader enrolled in the program will participate in an individual Behavioral Assessment, whereby the leader compares/contrasts their daily leadership behavior with thirty (30) empirically proven competencies. The leader and organizational sponsoring committee will select and agree to key growth competencies to focus on for the duration of the leadership development agreement. Course sessions are then conducted elaborating on those competencies, allowing the leader to strategically plan their implementation outside the virtual classroom. Each session is a mix of classroom presentation, Q&A, and engaging discussion from participants as they assess progress. Identified KPI Competencies and reported progress is provided to organizational sponsors for future development alignment/support of the leader. Program participants will also have the opportunity to extend their development with other Tip of the Spear Ventures Business Advisory Services.
SUPPORT THOSE THAT PROVIDED OUR FREEDOM!
Tip of the Spear Ventures is proud to announce that a portion of all Business Advisory Services will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project. We believe in supporting those that have so bravely supported us in allowing our passion pursuits. The Wounded Warrior Project has as its mission “To Honor and Empower Wounded Warriors.” Started in 2003 to help foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded service members in our nation’s history. Won’t you help us extend gratitude and thanks to those responsible for defending/maintaining our independence and freedom?
